Shipments and returns
Orders are shipped within 24 hours or the next working day with the partner courier company, as long as the product is ready for delivery. In case the product is not ready for delivery, it will be usually sent within 5-10 working days. If the shipment of the product exceeds 10 working days we will contact you by phone and email for further information.
For domestic areas in Greece, there is free shipping for product purchases of 120.00€ or more. For smaller purchases, the shipping cost begins at 4€ for Attica region, 5€ for mainland Greece and reaches 6€ for Greece ‘s islands!
In addition, in case of cash on delivery there is an extra charge of 3 euros for orders up to €119.99, while for orders from €120.00 and above it is provided free of charge.
*For the delivery of products outside of Greece, the shipping costs are counted during the checkout process and depend on the destination.
ATTENTION!: In remote or hard-to-reach areas, shipping costs may vary. In this case we will contact you. More over for really big products shipping costs may also vary.
In case of returning your purchased products:
If you wish the package to be sent to your address, we will let you know what the additional charge is. (In this case, there may be a delay of 1-2 days).
If you pick up the package from the courier office, there is no additional charge (apart from the basic shipping).
The customer is under no circumstances obliged to receive packaging that is damaged or opened during transport. In case of acceptance of the parcel by the customer, the company has no obligation to change any damaged item or replace any loss since the goods, by any means of transport, always travel at the sole responsibility of the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the sale within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which customer acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer should inform DRAKOS P.C. company of ones decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). DRAKOS P.C. company is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it receives it.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication concerning his/her exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If the customer withdraw from the sale, DRAKOS P.C. company shall reimburse to him/her all payments received from his/her, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from his/her choice of the type of delivery), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which DRAKOS P.C. is informed about customer’s decision to withdraw from this sale. DRAKOS P.C. company will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. DRAKOS P.C. company may withhold reimbursement until receiving the goods back or customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
The customer shall send back the goods or hand them over to DRAKOS P.C., without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which customer communicate his/her withdrawal from this contract to DRAKOS P.C. . The deadline is met if the customer send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
This withdrawal is without justification and without any charge, and if the item has already been delivered, the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its accessories, the forms that accompany it and its packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.
Return products
A necessary condition for any return is that the product should be in the condition the customer received it, without its packaging having been opened. Also, returns are not accepted if the customer does not contact DRAKOS P.C. by phone or email within 14 calendar days by the day of receiving the product.
Our company is obliged to honor the guarantee given by the respective agency on branded items and to replace any defective product. In this case the product is replaced without any charge on the part of the customer. A necessary condition is the presentation of the original purchase document.
In case of a wrong order, where the customer is responsible, the company DRAKOS P.C. is not obliged to replace the product, however we advise you to contact us by phone or e-mail.
In case of wrong shipments where the company is responsible, all transport costs are charged to our company and not to the customer.
