Exhaust Inconel Valves

The ZRP exhaust Inconel engine valves are produced from high-grade nickel-based superalloys (Inconel 751/600 series), delivering consistent performance in high-temperature and high-pressure environments. They are designed for extreme-duty applications where standard stainless-steel valves cannot withstand the required thermal and mechanical loads. Maintaining structural integrity under high temperatures makes them ideal for Turbocharged, Supercharged, and Endurance racing applications.

Technical Features:
  • Material: Nickel-based superalloy (Inconel 751).
  • Heat Resistance: Maintains strength at exhaust gas temperatures exceeding 800°C.
  • Manufacturing Process: Precision CNC-machined, swirl-polished, and heat-treated for dimensional accuracy and durability.
  • Dimensional Precision: Strict tolerances for stem straightness, concentricity, and sealing surfaces.
Advantages:
  • Reduced stem-to-guide friction for lower wear and improved high-RPM stability.
  • Longer life compared to untreated stainless-steel valves.
  • Reliable sealing in both naturally aspirated and turbo engines.
  • Suitable for high-performance motorsport use where endurance and consistency are critical.
